I’m Rachel, I am a middle aged ex kickboxing instructor, now fitness instructor and qualified personal trainer. I was late into fitness (40 to be exact) but now fully appreciate how important fitness, movement and strength is as we get older.
My whole ethos is to provide fitness training that you enjoy rather than dread, otherwise you won't stick to it.
There is no judgement, pressure, measuring or weighing. Instead, I have built a friendly, positive, supportive community of like-minded people who want to be fitter, stronger, and more mobile, but still enjoy the odd bit of cake.
My studio is based in West Norwood but I also run classes in Anerley and Shirley. At the studio I offer one to one and joint personal training, as well as small group fitness. I specialise in boxing/kickboxing for fitness, weight and resistance training.
