I specialise in boxing & kickboxing for fitness, as it’s a great workout, and a fantastic way to de-stress. Anybody can do it, suitable for all levels of fitness and ability.
I also offer weight and resistance training along with loads of other ways to keep fit. It’s about finding something you enjoy.
My personal training sessions are relaxed, fun, without the pressure of weighing, tracking, diets etc.. It’s about enjoying exercise, being consistent and the results will follow.
